Founding Senior Software Engineer - Python, TypeScript, AWS, ReactJS Location: London, West End - 4 days a week on-site Salary and Compensation: £90,000-£120,000 Generous Equity depending on experience Tech Stack: Python, TypeScript, AWS/Serverless, ReactJS Preferred Skills: Building products from 0-1, AI, LLM, GenAI API's, Computer Vision, working with unstructured data About the Company: Join an extremely promising startup as an early hire with the opportunity to shape and build out an AI/LLM powered product. We're partnered with a stealth stage startup with a product at late MVP stage. The product has a number of high profile, household names already signed up as paying customers. With a significant amount of VC funding, they have all the ingredients to hire senior, impactful Software Engineers to take their product forward. They're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to be part of the founding team. You'll have the ability to influence the technical direction and architecture of their highly sophisticated new products. With autonomy to approach problem solving, you'll work closely with customers and cover the full development lifecycle, from POC, through to development, deployment and release e.g. build it - own it. The MVP is built with Python 3.0, AWS/Serverless, containers with a React/Typescript front end. They're ideally looking for those who have experience of taking a product from "0 to 1" and enjoy working in a challenging, unstructured technical environment. Knowledge of GenAI APIs and LLMs would be beneficial (not-essential) but they don't need experience with training language models. The stage of the business means there's huge room for career progression with opportunities to take the lead on projects, define and design systems, create POC's and work closely with their external clients. They're pragmatic, effective communicators and would like to bring someone in who has experience within startup environments. Experience they would like to see: Experience building end to end software using Python on the backend, ideally within a startup Ability or openness to contribute across the stack using TypeScript, ReactJS and AWS Experience navigating the rapidly changing priorities of a growing startup environment Ability to quickly build new ideas to get user feedback Founding Senior Software Engineer - Python, TypeScript, AWS, ReactJS
