This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic Dispute Resolution team that has a strong reputation for handling complex multi-million-pound international disputes. Key Responsibilities: Lead on the most complex and challenging cases, serving as a senior expert in your field. Deliver profitable work while supervising junior fee earners, ensuring effective file management and time recording. Build and nurture client relationships, consistently exceeding client service expectations. Drive business growth by expanding expertise into new sectors, and markets, or increasing market share. Generate thought leadership to attract new opportunities and raise the firm's profile. Manage team performance and ensure the achievement of all financial and non-financial KPIs. Skills & Experience: 8 years PQE Experience in corporate disputes, shareholder disputes, partner disputes , and contract disputes . Proven track record of leadership and a passion for team and business development. Ability to manage profitability, costs, and client billing effectively.
