One of our highly respected, market leading & award winning mortgage broker & estate agency business partners is seeking a fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Adviser in LANCASHIRE to work within their established estate agency business serving WIGAN, HAYDOCK & ST. HELENS. Working from these busy officesas a mortgage adviser you will have access to a fantastic lead source with appointments and leads generated by the established sales teams. The remuneration for the mortgage adviser role will be on a competitive employed package and we anticipate that successful candidates will earn in the region of £50,000 pa once established. As a competent Mortgage Adviser, you will be CeMAP or equivalent qualified, with at least 2 years or more experience in whole of market mortgage broking and experience of working within the estate agency sector would be useful although not essential, however a demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser is important.
