Banking Lawyer (part-time)

A global law firm is seeking a Scottish qualified banking lawyer to join its UK-wide banking knowledge team on a permanent, part-time basis (1-3 days per week). This role can be based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, or Aberdeen. The banking team specialises in corporate and leveraged finance, real estate finance, infrastructure, project and asset finance, restructuring and insolvency, fintech, and digital assets. A key initial focus will be supporting know-how projects related to the Moveable Transactions (Scotland) Act 2023. You will provide essential support to fee earners and driving business functionality, and play an important role in the Scottish Banking team.
