We’re seeking an impactful full-stack Java developer with the ambition of/or experience leading a small technical team. About the Role: As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll set the technical direction, oversee critical task completion, and navigate complex challenges. Your role will involve mentoring engineers, driving process improvements, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical goals with the support of your Engineering Manager. Responsibilities: Aid in the architecture of solutions and manage the delivery of critical tasks Lead technical reviews, resolve challenges, and facilitate productive team discussions. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering professional growth. Collaborate across teams to ensure technical alignment and innovation. Skills and Experience: Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot Front-end development knowledge with ReactJS or similar Experience working with GCP or AWS deployments and infrastructure Senior/Lead Fullstack Java Developer | Up to £75,000
