Senior Project Manager

My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital projects across a diverse portfolio of UK-based properties. This dynamic role involves managing a range of significant projects and the position requires regular travel to various locations across the UK, ensuring seamless project delivery and alignment with business objectives. What you will need: Experience in managing multiple construction projects, including refurbishments and renovations in operational hotels, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Knowledge of CDM regulations, building standards, and health & safety compliance while confidently interpreting technical and architectural drawings. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and teams, building strong relationships and solving problems analytically. Commercial awareness, proficiency in IT tools, and flexibility to travel across the UK, including overnight stays. What you‘ll do: Lead projects through all phases, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality completion. Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and government regulations. Oversee renovations and refurbishments, providing clear guidance to contractors and suppliers, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Draft reports, manage specifications, and work closely with internal teams for seamless knowledge sharing and alignment.
