About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management on a portfolio of high-profile main contracting projects. Working closely with dynamic teams, you’ll ensure that the highest standards of safety and compliance are embedded at every stage of these landmark developments. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all EHS activities across large-scale projects, ensuring full compliance with UK regulations and company policies. Develop and maintain a strong safety culture, championing best practices across all project teams. Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and implement effective improvement measures. Deliver EHS training programs to enhance awareness and competency among team members and subcontractors. Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement in safety standards. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an EHS Manager, ideally within the construction or main contracting sector. Comprehensive knowledge of UK health and safety regulations and industry standards. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to excellence.
