MARKET INTELLIGENCE MANAGER UP TO £55,000 BOROUGH - FULL TIME IN OFFICE Our client is seeking an experienced Market Intelligence Manager to lead impactful research initiatives across key sectors such as sustainability, supply chain, transport, and mobility. In this role, you’ll oversee the end-to-end research process, delivering actionable insights that shape industry publications, events, and conferences. The Role: As Market Intelligence Manager, you’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to lead a dynamic team of researchers and analysts. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality research outputs that solidify our reputation as a trusted source of industry insights. Key Responsibilities: The Market Intelligence Manager will have these specific responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and execution of research projects, ensuring they align with business goals and industry trends. Manage a team of researchers, providing clear direction, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. Oversee qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, ensuring rigor and relevance in all outputs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into publications, conferences, and other key products. Present research insights to internal teams, clients, and at public events, showcasing their value and application. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and shape future research focus. Uphold high standards of data integrity, ethical research practices, and adherence to industry norms. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, internally and externally, to enhance influence and reputation. Your skills and experience: The successful Market Intelligence Manager will have: A minimum of 7 years of experience in research management, ideally within relevant sectors. Experience in Consultancy, Information Services, or Research Agency companies advantageous Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with a proven ability to manage projects end-to-end. Strong leadership skills, with experience in developing and motivating a team. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage with diverse audiences. Familiarity with data analysis tools and software, combined with a keen eye for detail. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for delivering impactful insights.
