Quantity Surveyor Electrical £40K - £55K Belfast Full-Time/Permanent BlackFox Solutions are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning Construction Company covering NI, ROI and UK for a new Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Electrical/Utilities Contracts and Projects. The Role: Lead and mentor the commercial team, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with contract terms. Provide commercial support, manage subcontract negotiations, and protect the companys interests. Oversee timely cash flow, cost reporting and CVR updates to meet business requirements Ensure effective collaboration between commercial and site teams, improving processes and following site procedures. Work with the Contract Manager on contract administration, reporting, and archiving project documents. The Person: Relevant third level qualification and 5 years construction experience with electrical contracts/projects.
