Commercial Manager (Construction)

Commercial Manager Belfast Full-Time/Permanent £60k - £70k (negotiable) BlackFox Solutions are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning Construction Company covering NI, ROI and UK for a new Commercial Manager to manage a team of 4 Quantity Surveyors and assist in supporting the Commercial Director. The Role: Manage ad mentor the commercial team, ensuring accurate cost reporting and compliance with contractual requirements. Provide commercial support to the project team, including contract interpretation, subcontract negotiation, and protecting the companys commercial interests. Oversea cashflow reporting, cost-to-complete updates and monthly CVRs in line with business requirements. Ensure effective interaction between commercial and operational teams, improving processes and adhering to site procedures. Collaborate with the Contract Manager for the smooth administration of contracts, reporting, and archiving project documentation. The Person: Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager role within the construction industry. Strong leadership and negotiation skills with previous People Management experience A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of post-degree experience.
