Job Description

SHEQ Advisor / Senior SHEQ Advisor Belfast Competitive Salary & Benefits Details: Includes Company Vehicle, 30 Days Holiday, Pension, Private Healthcare, Laptop. Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for health and safety, environmental and quality assurance on construction projects. Day to day: Ensure all SHEQ rules and regulations are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated. Manage the effective allocation of SHEQ Team resources to fulfil requirements. Support and implement new work processes to eliminate or reduce hazards. Manage our CDM responsibilities in accordance with current regulations. Assist with tender documentation to ensure SHEQ submission. Assist in the continuous development of company systems and procedures. Adhere to all SHEQ Management System compliance. Essential Criteria: 2 or 4 years in a Senior SHEQ role with Management Experience. Must be willing to travel and work away from home on project-by-project basis. NEBOSH OHAS Diploma or Certification and Minimum Cert IOSH Member. Civils / Construction projects: experience in Civils / Rail / Wind farms advantageous. Strong understanding of implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and 9001. Sound IT skills and strong experience in Microsoft packages. Clean Driving licence is essential for travel to sites.
