Job Opportunity: Architect/Technologist for Bespoke Residential Projects Are you an experienced and talented Architect or Technologist looking for an exciting opportunity to work on high-end private residential projects? What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will: Have solid experience in traditional technical residential detailing and, ideally, some exposure to high-end bespoke projects. Be proficient across all RIBA work stages , with a thorough understanding of construction detailing and UK regulations. Be confident working independently and as part of multi-disciplinary teams. Have strong design abilities , an eye for detail, and practical problem-solving skills. Demonstrate exceptional communication skills , engaging effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Be comfortable managing workloads, planning deliverables, and maintaining project budgets. Key Requirements Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Strong knowledge of UK planning , building regulations , and construction systems. Familiarity with building contracts and contract administration. Experience with ArchiCAD is a bonus (training can be provided). Willingness to travel within the UK as needed. Why Join Us?
