Warehouse Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Despatch Manager to join a busy and growing manufacturer and supplier of windows and doors based in the West Lothian area. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Production Manager and liaising with production teams you will oversee and manage the day-to-day despatch operations Plan and coordinate daily despatch activities to ensure all orders are ready, packed, loaded and shipped on time and in full Monitor and supervise the day to day performance of the team, coaching and managing to ensure high levels of performance and productivity and to minimise any errors or damages Maintain a clean, safe, and health and safety compliant environment Help to monitor stock levels and ensure accurate stock recording Track shipments to ensure timely and safe delivery to customers and resolve any issues that may arise Monitor and report KPIs and trends Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in warehouse despatch management is essential Specific experience within the fenestration sector is essential Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in stock management systems and logistics software Problem resolution and customer service skills Package: Anticipated salary circa £40k DOE
