We also promote positive health and wellbeing by offering free access to healthcare, our popular YuLife app, our Cycle to Work scheme and more As a Sales Advisor based in Cumbernauld , you'll be responsible for: • Predominantly assisting in the contracts office dealing with customer telephone calls and emails raising orders • Serving customers face to face at the Trade Counter • Raising quotations • Raise and process purchase orders with suppliers • Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Thursday 08.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 08.00am - 4.00pm. And here’s what we’d like you to have: Plumbing knowledge would be beneficial. Merchant or industry experience would be ideal. Previous experience of dealing with quotations for customers. Strong communication and confidence in interacting with both customers and suppliers to build positive relationships.
