Job Description

We are hiring for a Payroll Assistant for a 12 month fixed term contract on a part time basis, 24 hours per week (working hours and days are flexible). As Payroll Assistant you will be an active member of the global payroll team ensuring that the companies payroll tasks and duties are completed promptly. You will also ensure that all audit procedures are completed to ensure compliance. This is a multi-skilling role where you will be asked to do a variety of tasks from time to time to be able to meet the department needs. You will be joining a global team that believe in strong work ethic and sharing knowledge. Role specific responsibilities To help with general administrative duties throughout the payroll department across 13 different countries world wide Collation of year to date figures on all payroll cycles across the globe Assist Payroll lead with processing weekly payrolls and collation of data for monthly payrolls Assist with co-ordination of outsourced payrolls Maintaining inboxes to ensure emails are co-ordinated correctly Electronic filing – Maintenance of folders within the payroll drives Job Specific Education Required: Payroll Qualification preferred or relevant administration qualification Work Experience Required: Experience of payroll administration or general administration using financial data Skills & Knowledge Required: Knowledge of Access Select Pay, SAP and SAP SF an advantage Good excel skills Ability to meet deadlines Strong communication skills Team member Willingness to learn Good organisational skills NOTE: Only those interested in a Part-Time position will be considered.
