Key Responsibilities: Verify property titles for ownership, restrictions, and disputes. Draft and review contracts, deeds, and legal documents for transactions. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents for seamless processes. Conduct local authority, Land Registry, and environmental searches. Manage fund transfers and ensure compliance with legal protocols. Advise clients on legal obligations, risks, and transaction steps. Oversee contract exchanges to confirm binding agreements. Ensure compliance with legal standards to protect clients. Finalise settlements, pay Stamp Duty, and register the property. Resolve disputes and issues during conveyancing. Maintain detailed records for compliance and reference. Collaborate with banks for mortgage approvals and payments. About You Essential Requirements: Qualified with a CLC practicing certificate. Minimum 3 Years PQE within Residential Property Must Be Team Player Why NPA Recruit? The successful candidate for the specified position shall be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment shall be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
