RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR: Pre and Post contract services. Attend site meetings. Produce documents to tender. Contract Administration. Valuations. Cost Management. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF THE SUCCESSFUL QUANTITY SURVEYOR: Degree qualified in a relevant construction or property discipline. Chartered with the RICS (ideal). Ideally previous experience delivering within the Residential environment (Preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment). Negotiation skills. Communication skill. Numeracy skills. Report writing. Presentation skills.
