Based in Ballarat, Victoria or Smithton, Tasmania, our Operations Graduate Program is a specialised 2-year rotational experience. You will gain valuable broad, multi-functional exposure across operations which could include rotations within Technical Operations and Manufacturing, all whilst completing a structured leadership development program throughout the two years. Qualifications: Has or is studying a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science or related discipline Will graduate in February 2025, or has recently graduated in the last 12 months Has full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident) Has excellent communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Has full unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand The McCain experience.
