Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant FMCG operations, manufacturing, or project management certifications (advantageous). 2-5 years in the FMCG sector, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, or wholesale distribution. Proven experience in managing production operations and supplier relationships. Strong leadership and team management. Excellent organizational and operational efficiency. Negotiation and customer relationship management. Analytical and proficient in relevant software for tracking performance. Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.
