Job Description
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Relevant FMCG operations, manufacturing, or project management certifications (advantageous). 2-5 years in the FMCG sector, with a focus on manufacturing, supply chain, or wholesale distribution. Proven experience in managing production operations and supplier relationships. Strong leadership and team management. Excellent organizational and operational efficiency. Negotiation and customer relationship management. Analytical and proficient in relevant software for tracking performance. Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset. Adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about sustainability and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee manufacturing, production planning, procurement, sales, and logistics operations. Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Lead and motivate staff to meet productivity and quality targets. Manage supplier and client relationships to ensure quality and service. Develop custom-branded products with production teams. Monitor operational costs and collaborate on achieving growth targets. Drive sales strategies to expand the customer base and brand presence.
