Sales Manager Job Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for planning, formulating, and managing all sales activities in the assigned territory to contribute to the plan to meet the revenue and profit objectives/targets for SBD. Business through cooperation with assigned existing and new key customers. Work out and monitor the implementation of annual key account plans for national key customers. Demand planning of baseline volumes per customer and forecast on campaign products and products outside standard ranges are being kept up to date in line with the monthly S&OP rhythm. Work out and implement key account plans based on strategic targets and operating income. Negotiate long-term contracts and service agreements with key accounts to maximize sales and growth, both in turnover and margin. Host and participate in key business events, e.g., trade shows, exhibitions, in-store demonstrations, and events to expand upon sales opportunities. Supervise/lead the sales reps assigned to the stores within the district. Handle complaints and warranty claims. Monitor trends within the market and competitive suppliers. Close cooperation with Marketing to ensure alignment with customer needs and development of Marketing campaigns. Who We Are We’re the World’s largest tool company. We’re industry visionaries.
