Project Management Engineer

Responsibilities: Connect with overseas energy storage customers, build good relationships, identify needs, and explore high-value potential project opportunities; Assist account PM in coordinating and preparing critical meetings, and highlight issues at the customer side; Enhance coordination and service for multiple contact windows of customers, and strengthen management of face-to-face communication; Coordinate internal resources, sales team, and development team with account PMs to determine qualifications and customer engagement; Coordinate onsite colleagues from other departments, like SC, AMD, to ensure reasonable progress of commissioning and after-sales tasks of ESS projects, resolving problems across multiple departments; Establish program team, initiate the program, lead the team to deliver, and manage the program regarding schedule, quality, cost, and risk; Manage the onsite PM team, providing proper training to improve team members' capabilities. Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in Project Management; Familiarity with ESS project business model and development; 2 years of experience in electric power/utility, ESS, or Li-ion battery is preferred; Strong communication skills, good logical reasoning, and capability in data analysis and report writing; Proactive, pursuing higher standards, and maintaining commitment.
