Job Description

In quality of Business Developer & Sales , you will take part in the Sales department of Regas, at our strategic office in Treviglio (BG) , located inside the STEP TECH PARK. You will follow the main commercial activities of the company, related to the development of the business with existing customers and finding new strategic customers. You will be inserted inside an extremely dynamic organization, in continuous evolution and strongly oriented to innovation. In detail, you can deal with : Develop business opportunities (Italian and international market) in close synergy with the innovation department, seeking and developing new opportunities, new markets, and new businesses; Follow and develop business opportunities in the Italian market interfacing with the major players in natural gas transportation and distribution; Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers, managing and developing the relationship from a customer perspective; Oversee orders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction; Constantly carry out activities of connection between the customer and the internal departments, interpreting and reporting the specific needs of the customer, both in support of innovation and to continuously develop and improve Customer Satisfaction; Offer customers the best technological solutions to meet and anticipate their needs; Prepare technical-economic offers (in relation to industry regulations and customer detail specifications) and prepare any technical-commercial documentation, with the support of the team, for participation in tenders; Actively contribute to the development of new business opportunities on an international scale; Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and similar events. The requirements are as follows: Technical-scientific diploma or Degree in technical-engineering disciplines; Commercial experience in similar roles (preferably in the field of technological installations), of at least 2/3 years; Strong orientation to results and job objectives; Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, with a strong customer-oriented approach; Ability to manage and negotiate in critical situations; Experience in sales through tenders is welcomed; Curiosity and passion for the technological and energy world; Determination, proactivity, and problem-solving; Availability for short trips throughout the national and international territory; Excellent knowledge of English (B2 or higher); Knowledge of an additional foreign language (French and German in the first place) will be considered a plus.
