Financial Accounting Manager

For our international team, we are looking for a Financial Accountant based in our Office in Milan. Your mission: Financial accounting for our Milan Office, including payment, working capital, cash controls, and inter-company reconciliation. Provide day-to-day leadership across the processing, reporting, and month-end closing activities for Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, and Travel & Expense Processing. Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, account balance reconciliations, and report preparation. Report accurate, timely, and insightful monthly management accounts and financial updates for management review. Collaborate with other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives. Collaborate with tax advisors and legal counsels to ensure successful tax returns and compliance. Analyze contracts with clients, establish and maintain a process to monitor and report revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting revenue. Prepare summary feedback of financial statement variances to budget. Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes. Minimum Requirements: Minimum experience of 2 years in accounting or related fields. Fluent in Italian, good in English. Strong knowledge in local GAAP, VAT knowledge. Strong research ability, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills. Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work independently under deadlines.
