Would you like to develop your career in one of the biggest Logistics Companies in the world? Your Role The IT Infrastructure Specialist works within the IT function. IT in KuehneNagel is a fundamental asset for the business and encompasses a wide range of activities and services. They are accountable to support business operations assuring business continuity. They also focus on fostering continuous IT infrastructure innovation and digital transformation. As part of the IT Department, they contribute to help desk activities while maintaining the IT infrastructure and providing support to deliver consistent and high-quality standards of services, promoting continuous improvement with a focus on IT security. Your Responsibilities Security: Assist in monitoring daily activities of IT KPIs, contributing to IT security. Report any kind of risk (HW or SW) potentially compromising the smooth operation of information systems. Stay updated by consulting the Corporate IT security policies. Technical Features: Control monitoring tools and ensure the functioning of all Italian Servers, Databases, and Network components. Check daily the execution of Backup Procedures. Archive and maintain IT documentation on Team’s Wiki. Manage Microsoft 365 environment (OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams). Network troubleshooting. Manage radiofrequency equipment (RF gun, vehicle mounted, printer). User Support: Cooperate with Help Desk Support for all Italian sites/offices. Assist in the maintenance of all local hardware across Italian sites. Support the requirements gathering for new sites, warehouses, and business. Process Improvement: Collaborate in the submission of proposals and ideas for improving IT Infrastructure. Your Skills and Experiences Familiarity with hardware devices. Exposure to major office market software (such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace). Experience in server administration (configuring, managing, and maintaining servers). Knowledge of network administration (managing network infrastructure). Effective collaboration, problem-solving, and a cooperative approach to achieving shared goals.
