For the well-established sales organization in Italy, located in the greater Milan area, our client is looking for you as a Country Sales Director (m/f/d) Italy. Tasks Full P&L responsibility for all business in Italy with strong focus on sales & business development Providing proactive and dynamic leadership to the team Strategically developing the business and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue Expansion of key markets such as machine building as well as identification of new business opportunities Manage and further deepen the relations to the most important key accounts Direct reporting to the German HQ Requirements Technical degree or degree in Business Administration; MBA would be a plus Leadership experience in General or Sales Management roles, preferably incl.
