What You Will Do We are looking for a Pharmacy Sales Representative for the Lombardia region eager to contribute to our vision and bring established pharmacy sales expertise to our team. Your role is to contribute to our pharmacy business plan objectives & build customer partnerships with pharmacists by visiting pharmacies in your region (Lombardia). Responsibilities : Deliver regional business objectives and build Customer Partnerships at our (Lead) Customers. Generate portfolio growth and deliver annual targets through the implementation and execution of a commercial activation plan, both from a sell-in and sell-out perspective. Implement plans through regular, targeted and well-planned field visits with a clear focus on our lead pharmacies. Manage the sector via a clear Sales Action Plan - Targeting & Segmentation, follow up on NIS and Sell-Out data. Educate pharmacists on our portfolio and the importance of category management. Implement POS materials, ensure visibility on shelf, and execute our activations brilliantly. Maintain internal contacts and connect with stakeholders to share insights and improve our way of working. Be a key stakeholder in the Pharma Sales Team. Share market insights and best practices with cross-functional teams to improve our strategy and execution. Further build on the importance of Education at pharmacies - role of prevention, importance of science, and objection handling plays an important role next to the sell-in part. Support an environment of diverse and inclusive thinking and perspectives. Promote a culture of accountability by improving current performances and taking responsibility. Support peers and other employees. What We Are Looking For Degree (pharmacy, business administration or economics). 2 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in English. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Consumer & Customer obsessed with a customer-centric attitude and strong relationship-building skills. Demonstrate a large sense of responsibility, maintaining high quality standards. High propensity for analytics, data, and IT systems. Ability to work independently, in a flexible way, while being an active team player.
