Operations & Maintenance Manuals and Training Manager A dynamic leader oversees a team of writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation, arrange training courses, and manage the interface between the Design and Build team and O&M team. Key Responsibilities: Manage technical writers to produce operation and maintenance documentation. Ensure timely provision of O&M deliverables and milestones according to project schedule. Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan. Develop Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training course. Ensure Technical Writers effectively prioritize high-priority feature release work. Required Qualifications: Pioneering spirit and integrity. Project management or people management experience with a technical documentation team (2-5 years). Railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems (minimum 3 years). Ability to learn new technical skills quickly. Negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year J-18808-Ljbffr
