Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to lead operations, manage client relationships, and resolve escalations effectively. Responsibilities Team Leadership: Guide and support the team, ensuring effective workload distribution, fostering collaboration, and building a high-performing environment. Client Management: Act as the primary client contact, addressing concerns, delivering solutions, and maintaining strong relationships. Escalation Resolution: Resolve operational challenges promptly, implementing measures to prevent recurrence. Operational Excellence: Oversee planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs. End-to-End Planning &, Analytics: Develop and manage the E2E planning cycle, integrating demand forecasting, production, and logistics. Leverage tools like SAS, Python, and Power BI to enhance predictive models and support data-driven decision-making. S&, OP Leadership: Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&, OP) process, ensuring cross-functional alignment and balancing strategic priorities. Requirements Experience: 7 years in supply chain management, (nice to have 2 years in a leadership or escalation-focused role in automotive sector) Expertise: Advanced knowledge of supply chain systems (e.g., SAP) and processes, with strong problem-solving capabilities. Skills: Excellent communication, client management, and analytical abilities.
