ICT Projector Manager (jr./mid. Profile)

As ICT Project Manager , you will become part of the IT department of Regas S.p.A., at our strategic and innovation headquarters in Treviglio (BG) , located within the STEP Tech Park . The main activities in which you will be involved will be related to the identification, development, and management of digitization processes (software and hardware) within the company. By working with the CIO, you will be the point of connection between IT, internal departments, and technology partners. You will be inserted into an extremely dynamic, constantly evolving, and innovation-oriented organization. In detail, you can deal with: Support the CIO in the management and development of business information systems; Support the business departments (mainly AFC, Sales, Service, Operation) in the start-up, maintenance, implementation, and monitoring of the evolutionary projects of the digitalization of business processes (e.g., specific tools, ERP, CRM, etc.); Be the point of connection between the company and the partners – suppliers of the main applications; Support and enable People to the correct and efficient use of new systems with analysis, problem-solving, training, change management, monitoring, and corrective actions; Propose and support the process of evaluation and choice of infrastructure and equipment development projects (hardware and software), analyzing and supporting the natural evolution of business needs; Participate, together with the IOC, in events, fairs, and tech conferences; We ask for the availability of occasional daily trips to other corporate locations. What hard skills should you have? Academic background: management engineering with specialization in innovation, digital, or innovation (or similar paths); Previous experience (1-2 years) in similar positions; Experience in using BI tools (preferably Microsoft PowerBi); Knowledge of cloud systems (preferably Azure); What are the soft skills that are best suited to successfully fill this role?
