Sales Representative

Join Lotus Flash Charge as a Salesperson and contribute to the growth of the Electric Vehicle (EV) charging industry. Responsibilities: Sales Pipeline Development and Management: Build and manage a pipeline for direct sales of Electric Vehicle Chargers to various stakeholders including OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and Owner/Operators. Tender Opportunity Development: Develop tender leads and manage tenders for DC and AC chargers. Distribution Development: Establish and maintain relevant marketing networks to identify high-potential stakeholders/distributors/end users for rapid market development. Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with project developers, system integrators, asset owners, and design engineering firms involved in EV projects. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution plans. Travel and Representation: Travel to customer locations, trade shows, and potentially international destinations to represent Lotus Flash Charge and engage with customers. Job Requirements: At least 2 years of sales-related experience in the EV charging industry or E-mobility related distribution network. Good network connections with stakeholders in the e-mobility industry: Utilities, OEMs, Fleet operators, Property management, Global retail chains, Retailers of charging infrastructure. Technical education background and in-depth knowledge of charger products are a plus. Good command of English both in speaking and writing; bilingual/trilingual is preferred. English CV preferred. Willingness to travel for customer visits, fairs, and events.
