CLIENT ADVISOR, FIX TERM CONTRACT - 40 HOURS PER WEEK NEW OPENING, LA REGGIA OUTLET, CASERTA ABOUT: Italian luxury house Rich heritage with a strong global presence Sophisticated and evolved, an expression of contemporaneity and essential luxury RESPONSIBILITIES: Able to provide excellent customer service, CRM focus, and after-sales processes Drive personal KPIs and increase sales opportunities Stay up-to-date with collections, possess deep knowledge of products, and maintain a proactive and constructive attitude Maintain company standards at all times: support VM, stockroom activities, and cash desk REQUIREMENTS: 3 years’ experience in a premium-luxury fashion environment Able to identify business trends, with a hands-on approach and proactive attitude Good experience in building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, autonomous character, and a great team player English language required; Russian or German is a plus OFFERING: Basic Salary up to €25K prorata Great commission scheme Fixed term contract for 1 year This is an urgent vacancy - if this position is of interest, please apply now with your updated CV for an immediate interview.
