Oracle EBS Tester

Key Responsibilities : - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for Oracle EBS modules (Financials, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement). - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. - Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla). - Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. - Collaborate with business users, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.- - Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend improvements to testing processes. - Stay current with the latest Oracle EBS releases and best practices. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks. - Provide support to end-users during user acceptance testing. Required Skills & Experience : - 6-10 years of experience in testing Oracle EBS applications. - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules (Financials, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement). - Experience in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and scripts. - Experience with various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla). - Knowledge of SQL and database testing. Desired Skills & Experience : - Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and above. - Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, UFT). - Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Experience with cloud-based Oracle EBS deployments. - Oracle certifications (Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Certified Associate) (ref:hirist.tech)
