We are looking for a Project Strategy Engineer. This position is part of the Supply Chain Optimization included within the Operations Strategy Direction, whose main function will be: Develop Technical Collaboration Agreement with strategic suppliers for Tecnicas Reunidas, leading and coordinating these between engineering and suppliers. Launching internal improvement processes in key suppliers. Improving relationships between Tecnicas Reunidas and its regular suppliers for future collaborations. Provide support to project leaders, engineering and procurement teams at the identification and implementation of Collaboration Agreements in projects. Participating in the expediting and resolution of problems within projects whenever these suppliers with agreements are involved. Managing workshops with Suppliers. Actively participating in achieving specific objectives of the department´s strategy plan in seeking its continuous improvement. Collaboration with the Value Engineering Department Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline 5 years of experience in petrochemical, refinery, chemical or power generation projects. Industry Expertise: You have advanced industry expertise and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities. Proactive and initiative-taking person. High coordination, management, and communication skills. Ability to work with international cultures and having international experience is preferable. C1 English.
