Principal Planning Officer

My client is a local authority in the London Boroughs looking for a Principal Planning Officer to come into their bright and inspiring planning team. The role will be responsible for all parts of development management across the borough. The role will be require the correct candidate to deal with major planning applications and also be able to represent the council in committee meetings. 6 month contract Hybrid working (Onsite 2 times per week) Covering a mix of majors and minors household applications. £55-£60p/h Inside IR35 This role is urgent so please apply as soon as possible.
