Digital Ecosystem Manager (Websites) - London Contract Opportunity Our client, a global leader in the FMCG sector, is searching for a Website Ecosystem Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract basis with the potential for extension. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional with a passion for digital ecosystems and consumer-first experiences to make a significant impact on a global scale. As a Website Ecosystem Manager, you'll be taking the lead in defining and implementing website ecosystem strategies that are tailored to market leads, leveraging data-driven insights to deliver growth and efficiency for the business. Key Responsibilities Define and implement a market-level roll-out plan for the digital ecosystem strategy in collaboration with global and regional teams Lead the analysis of existing website ecosystems, extracting actionable insights from site, search, social, and media data to inform decision-making Develop market-specific website ecosystem strategies based on consumer behavior, business objectives, and competitive analysis Present data-driven recommendations and strategies to senior leaders, securing alignment and buy-in at all levels Educate global teams on website success factors, from investment and resources to performance optimization Key Experience 3-5 years' experience in digital roles Strong knowledge of website performance optimisation. Including - SEO, SEM, CRM, social and media analytics Change Management experience Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong communication and project management skills, with experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence Experience in influencing change within complex, highly matrixed organisations This is a hybrid position, with ideal candidates being commutable to our clients London head office.
