PMO Manager

PMO Manager London 6 Months £600 ASX5566 Finatal is working with a lower mid market PE fund that are looking for a PMO/Integration Manager to assist them with a fast growing portfolio tech business that has just been carved out. They have recently undertaken several acquisitions as they continue on their buy and build strategy. You’ll be responsible for executing post merger integration as well as working closely with the transformation team in producing templates, decks and overall management of the project including but not limited to coordinating across all workstreams and functions. The business’s long term vision is to continue on their M&A strategy so a strong PMI background is pivotal. Ideally you’ll have experience in: Post merger integration Working in private equity backed businesses Project management Identifying synergies in recently acquired businesses
