Role Overview As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading the sales team, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse fit-out solutions, proven sales leadership experience, and a passion for helping clients optimise their operations through cutting-edge solutions. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with business goals to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Monitor and analyse sales metrics to ensure targets are met and provide actionable insights. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and key accounts. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in industries such as logistics, retail, and manufacturing. Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events. Client Solutions: Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions, including racking, shelving, mezzanine floors, and advanced automation systems like AGVs, AMRs, and ASRS. Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. Provide accurate quotations, project timelines, and follow up on proposals to close deals. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Develop insights to guide product positioning and sales strategies. Key Qualifications and Skills Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the warehouse solutions, logistics, or automation sectors. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams. Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse fit-out solutions, including racking, shelving, mezzanine floors, and automation technologies (AGVs, AMRs, ASRS). Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of building and managing sales teams. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize opportunities. Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
