DELIVERY ASSOCIATE SALARY UP TO £40,000 10% BONUS LONDON - 2 Days in the office The Company This is a data-driven MarTech company that works with various companies to enhance their customer acquisition and engagement strategies THE ROLE As a Delivery Associate, you can expect to be involved in the following: Coordinate internal teams to deliver technical services support, projects ad enhancements including chnage requests, scoping, resource management, scheduling and delivery. Manage technical retainer hours to ensure they remain within establised contractual support hours. Collaborate with Customer Success partners to improve margin rates, including contributing to account health plans, technical investigations and supporting data requests. Handle issue resolution, including tracking, triaging, and resolving campaign, platform, and infosec issues. Manage client inquires, including research, data requests, and technical issues. Schedule and present in client status calls, updating on service-based items and project progress. Ensure adherence to the company's standards and procedures, focusing on client experience and operational efficiency. Your Skills And Experience Able to lead client facing meetings Strong communication skills Proficient in MS Office Suite Strong research and problem solving abilities Previous experience in a marketing role with project management and triage experience Experience in process improvement and margin enhancement Technical Knowledge in any programming language (HTML, CSS, PHP, JScript, etc) is a plus Certification in Project Management is a plus How To Apply To express your interest, send your CV to Valentine by clicking the apply button below
