FP&A Manager Intelligence Insights Platform c.£80k 20% Bonus London/Hybrid LP10700 The Opportunity A c.£40m revenue, private equity backed intelligence insights platform which has established an impressive growth trajectory through buy-and-build activity now demands as FP&A Manager who will partner with the Head of Finance and CFO. This is an important hire for the business to help sustain the pace of future acquisitions, and further professionalisation and expansion into new territories. The CFO has a highly credible background, and in previous roles has led on two successful PE transactions. The Head of Finance equally has experience in PE environments and has been fundamental in the hands-on professionalisation of the team and finance functions. The Responsibilities · Develop and enhance financial models, forecasts and budgets – focused on people cost analysis and business performance analysis · Assist and present financial reports and board presentations · KPI reporting · Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and support on M&A activity · Support the finance team in the compilation of month end and year end reporting The Requirements · ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification. · Excellent Excel skills and three-statement modelling skills · Min. 2 years in an FP&A position (for example FP&S Analyst) · Strong attention to detail with high personal standards for accuracy and quality of work.
