Work for a global and market leading real estate organisation within their Health and Safety Consultancy Team : CDM Health and Safety Consultant position available Are you experienced in Health, Safety and CDM in a Construction or Consultancy environment and looking to develop your knowledge further in a supportive and dynamic team environment? The CDM Health and Safety Consultant will be responsible for: Delivering project specific Health and Safety support and guidance to internal stakeholders and clients Reviewing Pre Construction Phase Plans, Method Statements and Risk Assessments Supporting delivery of the CDM Principal Designer role Providing onsite support to clients on their responsibilities in relation to construction works To be considered for this CDM Health and Safety Consultant role you should have: A background in Health and Safety within a Construction or Consultancy environment with a strong understanding of CDM and Health and Safety practices NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction Certificate Ideally a Technical member of IOSH (TechIOSH) What’s on offer for you: A competitive salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 including car allowance, depending on experience Up to 10% company bonus scheme Private Healthcare and Dental Care plan 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Great office environment with Gym, Cafe and Restaurant (free access) Funding and support provided for advanced qualifications and memberships Clear progression structure Opportunity to work abroad As the CDM Health and Safety Consultant this position has a genuine opportunity for progression and development within the organisation while working across some of the UK’s most exciting projects.
