Head of O&M

Job Title: Head of O&M Company Overview: Renewable Energy company specilaising in solar PV, managing a large portfolio and developing several gigawatts of projects across Europe. Role Responsibilities: Lead the UK O&M unit, managing team leads and coordinating key functions. Develop and track operational and financial goals for the UK O&M business. Oversee tenders, contract negotiations, and manage client relationships. Streamline processes to optimize portfolio availability and on-site O&M operations. Act as a strategic interface with finance, central O&M, and compliance teams. Candidate Requirements: Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience leading solar energy businesses with strong client engagement. Knowledge of solar PV technology, O&M practices, and compliance.
