Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join the firm. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in corporate and commercial law, with a proven track record of advising businesses on a range of legal issues. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from startups to established corporations and to build and grow your own team. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements. Providing strategic legal advice on business transactions and regulatory compliance. Conducting due diligence and managing legal aspects of corporate transactions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Representing clients in negotiations and dispute resolution. Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Qualified Senior Solicitor (8 yrs PQE) with a current Practising Certificate. Extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, M&A, and commercial agreements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality. Ability to grow and build a team. Leadership including coaching and mentoring of junior team members.
