Role Overview: Lead the development and evolution of a platform. Work with technologies like Go, AWS, microservices, Cassandra, and Timescale DB. Provide technical leadership and mentorship within a talented engineering team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions. Contribute to defining and maintaining a long-term strategic roadmap for the platform. Key Skills & Experience: Expertise in Go and cloud-native technologies (AWS). Experience with microservices architecture, CI/CD, and scalable cloud infrastructure. Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring teams and defining tech strategies.
