PMI (Integration Manager), Fluent Spanish Speaker Location: London (Preferred) Contract: 12-Month Contract (Outside IR35) Reference : LF44 Finatal is working with a private equity-backed software business to recruit an experienced Integration Manager. This role is designed to support the Integration Director during a period of maternity leave for the current Integration Manager. Role Overview : As Integration Manager, you will provide critical support to the Integration Director, ensuring seamless coordination across all workstreams. Your key responsibilities will include tracking milestones, managing risks, and overseeing the successful delivery of the integration. The role also requires maintaining clear communication channels, delivering progress updates, aligning integration activities with strategic goals, and ensuring stakeholders are accountable for their deliverables. Requirements : Fluent in Spanish (mandatory) Available for immediate start Prince2 qualification (or equivalent) Experienced project manager with exposure to M&A integrations Exceptional project and program management skills, including team leadership Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence effectively
