The role We are looking for an experienced Senior Learning Strategist to join our B2B Corporate Transformation team on a temporary basis. We are open to both freelance collaborations and maternity leave contracts. You will design tailored learning programs for international corporates, focusing on future skills, emerging technologies, and innovation, while aligning solutions with client goals and collaborating with internal teams to achieve exceptional results. Responsibilities Design and lead the development of impactful learning programs that address skill gaps and align with corporate priorities in innovation and transformation. Conduct in-depth analyses of client needs, translating insights into effective, customized program designs. Prepare compelling technical proposals, ensuring strategic alignment and attention to detail. Collaborate with Client Partners to finalize program offerings and their economic structures, presenting them to prospective clients. Coordinate closely with the Learning Strategy team to ensure seamless execution and alignment of ongoing projects. Serve as a subject matter expert on emerging technologies, leveraging tools like Generative AI to enhance program effectiveness. Foster collaboration across internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with external faculty, identifying and onboarding new subject-matter experts to enrich the learning experience. About you You are a seasoned Learning Strategist with a proven track record in designing and managing impactful corporate learning experiences. Specifically: You bring at least 7 years of experience in learning design or strategy roles, with a strong focus on corporate innovation and transformation projects. You excel in developing and executing co-design methodologies and evidence-based learning frameworks. You are deeply knowledgeable about learning sciences and emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions and tools like low-code/no-code platforms. You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at crafting instructional materials and delivering insights to diverse stakeholders. You demonstrate strong organizational skills, capable of managing complex projects and aligning cross-functional teams. You are both strategic and hands-on, capable of navigating between big-picture thinking and detailed program execution. You are fluent in Italian (native or near-native) and have full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
