Village Hotels Integration Manager (Fixed-term Contract)

As the Olympic Villages in Hotels Integration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the integration of Olympic Village planning within hotel facilities for the duration of the Olympic Games (Villages in Hotels will be in Livigno, Bormio and Anterselva). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless operations, guarantee athletes experience that is consistent to all Villages, and efficient collaboration between the Olympic organizing committee and hotel management. During the planning phase the role has the responsibility to follow and managed the operational team meeting for each venue and make sure that all the requirements to implement the plan for each village are aligned with the scope of the venue (service level, operations, design). During Games Time period the Manager will be moved in Livigno or in Bormio. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with integrating Olympic Villages in hotels, develop contingency plans, and implement proactive measures to mitigate disruptions and ensure the safety and security of all stakeholders.
