No Offer Description The research focuses on the comparison between different legal approaches to manage in an integrated way the urban landscape, considering private and public legal instruments. The study employs a legal comparative and transdisciplinary approach. The study provides a qualitative overview of the legal variations in the management of cultural heritage and greenery in France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, as well as other legal systems in the Mediterranean region. This helps come up with a set of policies that the national European institutions should think about. It also leads to the creation of new policy schemes and management contract models. This is the starting point for figuring out the theoretical, methodological, and practical parts that are needed to take management contract models to other European urban sprawl areas and make them work there.
