Job Description

We are looking for an Area Manager to join our Sales function in the Beauty Care Business Unit. How you make the difference The Area Manager role involves coordinating the sales team, ensuring adherence to company guidelines, and identifying development opportunities. How your agenda looks like: Management of annual framework agreement: revenue, distribution, visibility, and profitability. Analyze the market and competition, trends, needs, and opportunities. Identify effective strategies and models. Development of collaborators by transferring analytical skills and best practices. Report sell-in / sell-out and related corrective actions aimed at achieving targets. Verify online/offline prices / promotional dynamics and timely intervention. Organize commercial sessions with SMR. Your team: You will directly report to the Channel Manager and you will coordinate about 10 Sales Marketing Representatives. What makes you a great fit: Education: You have a master’s degree, or three years bachelor followed by a master’s degree, in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or Management with an interest to undertake a path of growth in the field of Marketing & Sales. Work Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial function, preferably in the beauty sector. Technical Skills: You have a good knowledge of the Office package and Excel and strong analytical skills. Local Language: Proficiency in Italian and English is required.
