Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. With over 350 employees in Mauritius across two offices, you will be supporting recruitment activities for various departments such as Customer Service, Information Technology, Fraud & Payment, Player Protection, Finance and Marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to contribute to our company's success The majority of this position involves a combination of research, candidate sourcing - market mapping, headhunting & talent pipelining, and completing assessment interviews to ensure that we continue to bring in high-calibre individuals into our fun and exciting business. However, there is an expectation that the Talent Acquisition Specialist will look at the end-to-end process holistically – supporting their line manager in identifying gaps and improvements in the process. Employ diverse sourcing methods, including proactive headhunting, job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates. Establish and nurture a pipeline of qualified individuals for both immediate and future hiring needs and conduct ongoing market research to remain abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Proactively organise and attend job & university career fairs to build a reputed and strong presence in the external marketplace. Screening & Assessment: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates for specific roles, evaluate resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend specific job requirements and candidate profiles. Relationship Building: Proactively cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, communicate effectively to provide a positive candidate experience. Collaboration with hiring managers to advise on recruitment best practices and the People & Culture team to ensure a smooth recruitment process is essential. Administrative Support: Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) to guarantee accurate and up-to-date candidate records, aid in coordinating interviews, assessment days, generate reports to provide insight on ROI, campaign success and overall TA activities while providing regular updates to business units. Additional recruitment responsibilities may be required. End to End Talent Support: Working closely with your manager, the local P&C team and the wider, global team to ensure the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process is best in class – identifying ways to improve and support. Qualifications Proven experience in headhunting, recruiting and talent acquisition or similar roles Proactively sourcing, headhunting and finding candidates across the market A strong understanding of how to manage recruitment processes, candidate negotiations and Boolean sourcing on various platforms A high understanding of how to set and manage expectations with a focus on delivering the best experience and service possible Strong interpersonal and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Additional Information You’re probably wondering outside of a fun, exciting and varied role – what else do you get?
