Senior Contracts Manager

The Senior Contracts Manager Experience required - Oil & Gas industry experience / Operations and Maintenance Package Responsibilities: Reporting to the Commercial Director, will manage contracts for Asset Solutions, supporting tenders and client contract management. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contractual documents, coordinating with technical and functional teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices. The role also involves responding to client proposals, managing contract reviews, developing MOUs and confidentiality agreements, and supporting subcontract risk management.
